I just got my new power vision from Fuel moto. When I ordered, I got the FM Air Cleaner and advised that I have V&H ovals and no cat. I asked for a HP and MPG map, and another for high altitude (I am commonly over 10k feet and it doesnt like it).
I Haven't installed it on the bike yet, but when I plugged it into the computer I see only what appears to be 2 "stock" maps?
Says "1112-103-stkphso-44.pvt" and "1112-103-212MPG.pvt" Neither map has a description other strategy 44, touring, 103" motor.
The Lambda scale shows 0.981 for everything under 4500rpm under 85KPa.
Are this the proper maps I should be using? Or did Fuel moto send me maps for a stock setup? Seems way too lean to be proper for my set-up.
.981 is a closed loop afr which is necessary for finetuneing. I'm sure mpg is your mileage map. Fuel moto would not send you a stock map for a stage 1 bike, you can however speak to Jamie about 4 hours from now. Here's what you could do right now, marry the PV to your bike, and save a copy of the stock map on your computer. Then save copies of FM maps on your comp. useing WinPV. Load one map with WinPV and then load your stock map as a compare file and you can then note the differences. And Hey it's a learning curve. LOL you will probably speak to Jamie sooner than you can learn your way around the winPV software! The good news is He will help you with the basics to get you started and then he will always help you with future problems! He's that kind of guy!!

2012 Ultra Classic....
These are not stock maps, if you load your stock calibration you will see they are very different. The first map in Slot #1 is the calibration for your setup, the second map Slot #2 is a bit leaner map for MPG I put together, it was actually done with a 2/1/2 head pipe but should work well. If you need any help you are welcome to contact us anytime. Also note .981 is pretty much at the rich limit for closed loop.
