Hd led wiring ?
Has anyone on here installed the HD International Mini Bullet LED turn signals? Part #69474-07. Or a similar aftermarket system. The harley system replaces part of and splices/piggybacks the original lighting harness. I'm in the final stages of installing them. I was testing the operation of the new led's and noticed the the originals were also lit up. Are the original front signals supposed to still function? I was going to cut the old signal wires near the light housing wrap them in tape, and put the harness back in the frame (use them for LED mirrors?). I have a old cop bike and that's how they dealt with the unused wiring. I haven't tested any of the cop wiring yet to see if it's hot. The instructions that come with the kit doesn't cover what to do do with the old wiring.
