Fuel issue
I had a moment last week and filled my 2010 Road Glide with 87 octane fuel. Looked on here and common answer was add octane booster. I added STP booster and seemed fine on ride home.
Next day bike started normal but when I started to ride it the engine light came on and bike dogged down and hesitated when I gave it throttle. Took it for a ride and engine light came on and off for first 2-3 min but after that bike ran fine. Stopped for 10 min at store and problem repeated same issues.
I have emptied the tank and added fresh fuel and took it on a 200 mile run with no issues. Started it this morning for a check ride and same issue, it also stalled twice and was hard to restart and I could smell fuel. Any ideas?

Well first thing octane boost is not always a good idea. Use premium fuel. Too much octane boost will ruin your o2 sensors.
It sound like your iat sensor may be shot. Your going to have to take it in and get the codes read.
