Angry Thundermax question.

I have a 2012 Roadglide with V and H Powerduals and V and H Monster Ovals. I'm using a Zippers Thundermax tuner. It seems to run ok but gets spark knock between 2200 and 2500 RPM. Harley keeps telling me that is normal. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm getting really aggravated.

Spark knock is not normal. Have you had your bike dynoed? You do not need to do that when you make a map adjustment. In fact, once you get the map dialed in you should never have to dyno it, just let the auto tune do its thing.
Zippers has a service where you can run a data collection log and email it to them. They will either tweak your map or send you a new one. This would be the best place to start.

Thanks Nevil. Dyno man at Harley keeps telling me they have talked with Bill at Zippers.

Cut out the middle man and deal with Zippers directly.

Zippers has excellent customer service. Give them a call they can help you. There are also some videos on You tube that are helpful.

ThunderMax doesn't correct timing. Go to the timing section in the software and reduce the timing in the rpm range that is pinging.
