Spitting back through the intake?

I have a 06 ultra I had rode about 120 miles and camped for the night. The next day when I fired it up it started spitting back through the intake. I have cleaned the tank out and put new fuel in, removed the air filter, the fuel pump sprayed gas all over me. Pulled the injectors out and they seem to be fine. But it still spits and backfires through the intake and will not idle. I can keep it running if I stay on the throttle. Any one have a suggestion.
