Have a 2012 Ultra classic and Im changing out the header and like a dumb butt I didnt pay attention when I disconnected the O2 sensors from the bungs. Now its time to hook things up and want to make sure Im right.
The sensor with the black connector (PN 27809-10) connects to the front bung (i.e. front cylinder)?
The sensor with the gray connector (PN 27729-10) connects to rear bung (i.e. rear cylinder)?
Better make sure you have the correct sensor in the correct part of the pipe as well so as stated black sensor goes on the rear headpipe and grey sensor on the front headpipe.
Plenty of people have put them back in the correct connector but had them in the wrong pipe.
