Default Help me interpret my Dyno MAP

Just bought an '09 Heritage Classic with 103ci SE upgrade etc. with 5700miles on it (I'm moving "up" from an Evo Fatboy with a carb) & the PO knew nothing about the bike so couldn't tell me about any of the upgrades (he was the second owner). After reading all 49pages of "why your EFI bike needs to be tuned" (thanks for educating me!), I'm wondering what I have here.

I have a tuner but no cord or CD, and one piece of paper that has dyno results. I don't really know what any of the info means and wondered if you guys could educate me on my bike. Here are some of the results;

103CID SE MCR Heads, Flattop pistons, SE-211, 25deg injectors, Bassani Pwr Dual header with fishtails, EFI super tuner custom mapped by HK.

Base Line shows Max pwr 80.83hp, max. torque 104.29

Custom Mapped max pwr 91.5hp, max torque 107.72

Looks like it was done by a Las Vegas Harley dealer.

The bike runs great - is a HUGE step up from my "hopped up" Evo engine but I don't know yet what the gas mileage will be.

Do these numbers mean much other than bragging rights on how much hp & torque it has? And does it tell me anything about how the bike is tuned - race vs. economy vs. performance, etc.? Educate me please!

Im not the best to respond. But here goes:

103CID SE MCR Heads
You have new Screamin Eagle Heads.

Flattop pistons
You have new pistons.

SE-211
I believe this is a Cam.

25deg injectors
Performance injectors.

Bassani Pwr Dual header with fishtails
This is your aftermarket exhaust.

EFI super tuner
This looks like a Screamin Eagle tuner.

custom mapped by HK.
This is who done the tuning.

Base Line shows Max pwr 80.83hp, max. torque 104.29

Custom Mapped max pwr 91.5hp, max torque 107.72
This is before / after on the tune.

Do these numbers mean much other than bragging rights on how much hp & torque it has
Ya they let you know how well the money was invested.

And does it tell me anything about how the bike is tuned - race vs. economy vs. performance, etc.?
Looks to me like someone got a decent return on their investment. It was probably tuned looking for a ballance of performance / economy.

Thanks for the reply. I kinda had all the parts figured out. I hope it's tuned for "balance and performance", that's what I'd be after. So any comments on these numbers? Impressive, or ho-hum, just another appropriately tuned SE conversion, or better go get it re-mapped? Or can any comment even be made on that front?

If it runs great, don't mess with it. Don't check the gas mileage because it still gets better then your cage.

I think the original owner did some nice mods to the motor so just enjoy and ride.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Send me the bike and I will do a thorough investigation on the upgrades and the bikes capabilities. It'll take a few thousand miles but I'm willing to do it for ya.
