06 Dyna seems to be lean with PCIII
Hey,
And yes I did do a search for this and have spent much time reading with no real answer.
06 Dyna with a Stage 1 AC and Cycle shack exhaust.
I just got this bike and it is my first FI bike. After doing some research I found the PC installed and decided to check the MAP, I was getting some decel pop. So I hooked up my bike and checked the map, it was running the map for a 06 Dyna that only had the O2 sensors eliminate. I then downloaded 811-004 (VH Big Shots no baffles SE AC Stock ECM, Dynojet O2 eliminator table 2 front.
This map has increased decel pop and when shifting if I drop the throttle to o I get a pop. It would seem that I should increase the values for 0 from 750 to say 1750RPM to try and richen up the "off throttle" condition. Does anyone have experience with this and could it be as simple as an intake leak (my older carb bikes could have this problem) exhaust leak etc. I am not experienced with this system but would have thought the new map would richen the bike and reduce the pop.
