Sticky Throttle
Just replaced my throttle & idle cables, 04 RKC, because they were very sticky. Also, did some work on the grip/bracket interface to clean up where it seemed to be rubbing a bit. Now, the throttle is great....unless the weather is a bit cool...say, under 40*F. Once the day warms the throttle works great, but in the cool of the morning it will not snap back, no matter what.
Any ideas?

Did you try some lube? Mine was a little sluggish so I unhooked the cable from the grip and sprayed graphite lube inside the cable and worked it a few times.....problem gone. Wouldn't hurt to lube the clutch and brake cables while you're at it. Also check your service manual and properly adjust the throttle cables. JMO
