Default Starting issues Road King

Here goes; I had to replace the shifter arm on my 2002 Road King CVO, this required me to take the complete primary case off and some of the starter guts. I put everything back together and hit the start button and heard the dreaded click and no spin from the starter. The battery is fully charged and all sources I have read are pointing to starter solenoid is this it or does someone have another idea? Appreciate all the help I can get.

As mentioned; Jackshaft coupling in backwards...or jackshaft bolt torqued to tight, use red locktite and torque to only 5 ft lbs. Is there a ground wire running to your starter mounting bolt on the primary? If so did you remember to tighten it?
Oh yeah one more idea, are you sure that the battery is good?
