If it was even ONE, you WOULD know the differences that the FP3 cannot tune, nor handle. You don't... give bad info to members, and yes... I revert to three years old, because SOMEONE would mistake you as knowledgeable and waste their money, owning a 12 TOURING bike and buy that product... all the while it will not work on such a bike. Bad info gets my Goat, Mr. Trolleo. Trolleo is like Bungholleo... get the drift *** hat?
Yes, I think we've established that the FP3 won't work on the ops bike. And, we've established who's the troll.

Wikipedia. Internet Troll: Others expanded the term to include the practice of playing a seriously misinformed or deluded user.

If you had posted on ANY other subject, but for the FP3, I would have. Most here know me well, and I take a LOT of time to explain things. A member that ONLY expouses about ONE product strikes most of us here, on HDF, as a 'shill' and by definition that person becomes a "Troll".

With a one item agenda... it appears that you are shilling this product to build buzz for either V&H, or... a vendor on this site. Neither of which is permitted by the rules of this site.

So.... if you ARE for real, why not learn about Harleys? Why not learn about tuners and tuning? Get your feet wet and SHOW you are an actual real person with real person interest that involve riding our kinds of bikes. Do you even have a Harley?

See how being a one trick pony can effect how you are being viewed? And... not just by me either.

Can you tell our fellow members how the FP3 differs from a TTS, SEPST, etc? I can. For just $100 more... a full suite tuner can be had, as compared to the FP3. So... where is the savings? $350 compared to 450? Do YOU know where I am coming from? If you are going to shill a product, you should know THAT product inside and out, right? Something you will tell fellow members they need to buy this product of yours? Where is all the info from YOU? Tell me how I adjust closed throttle spark with an FP3, for example? Or Spark gain?

How about temperature correction tables? etc.

And, yes... I am one of the site's asshats, too. Been to the shed, prolly will return at some point.

I admit I didn't know touring bikes didn't get HDLAN until recently but "Seriously misinformed" really wouldn't apply, and "deluded" certainly doesn't.

You definitely get the cookie for taking it to a whole new unnecessary level.

What would have been wrong with: "Hey his bike doesn't have HDLAN, that didn't start showing up until 2014 for those models, the FP3 won't work"

See? Helpful and cool.

No affiliation with any vendors, just recent experience with the product. I can only compare the FP3 with the SEPST as these are the only two tuners I've owned.

My HD bikes?

2006 Night Rod Special w/BossNoss NO2, CFR Pipes

I would NOT have said any of that, if you had posted about anything but the FP3. Maybe posted about how some dealer talked you into a 110 kit? Jeeze. Did you realize you are now stuck with that kit? No bigger engine in your future? And... if you had went with a 113 kit, you would be good? It's all about the re oringed your cases for the 110 cylinders and NO other BB kit does that after a 107 stock cylinder case bore?

That CAN be made to run decent if you ditch the SE cams? That is if you got the 110 or MVA heads, tho?

Learning BEFORE one spends the money......

These are the things this site is good for.

They didn't talk me into it, it was me getting them to throw it in with the purchase of the new bike (+$1800, not terrible) and keeps the bike under factory warranty for the full 2 years. I did the research, even watched all of the Fuel Moto videos trying to decide if I wanted to do the build myself, which I *really* did want to do but ultimately yielded to the factory warranty. I doubt I'll do much more to the Fat Bob (unless the 110 takes a dump).
