idle problem
while on my return from Laconia I notice after a 75 mph push tank to tank,when I'd pull in for fuel my idle would drop to 400 t0 600 rpm ,after fuel up it would be normal ??? 02 88 flh,andrews 26 cam ,pc3,rineharts

Fuel filter: 15k miles seems early to need to replace that....but it's certainly possible if you got some bad gas that gunked it up somewhere along the way. Have your fuel pressure checked. Should be somewhere in the 50s.

If you have a hole in the fuel line you can hear it if you have less than half a tank of gas. The fuel is under a lot of pressure and it makes noise when it hits the metal inside the tank.
It also sounds like a dirty IAC. They get gunked up and if it hasn't been cleaned in 15k it's an easy thing to do.
