Have 2012 RGU tts mastertune 2 have tts cables it says auto detected so computer to dongle has power but no power from bike to dongle cheeked cable where it gos into dongle from bike and the power is there been trying for two weeks sent it back to tts they said there is nothing wrong with it tried again today same thing. Need Help

Ok. So you have the usb side of dongle plugged into pc. You have the diagnostic port connector hooked up to bike. You say nothing happens. So if you open mastertune and go to program ecm and just select get ecm info nothing happens. Is all tts files updated through tts updater? Next to update the dongle firmware it must be hooked up to bike with both switches on. Can you explain more in datail as to what is the exact issue. It sounds like you are saying the ecm and tts are not communicating is that correct. If so pm mr wizard and he may be able to help more. I do know that the tts does sometimes want a dedicated port open which is all in the manual under pc issues.
