Johnny Chop

It appears that Johnny Chop has died? Does anyone have any info on this? Another trajedy in the motorcycle world, it seems.

I couldn't find anything on the net but read in another post that he died from some sort of condition that he had since birth.

I read that he had passed as well. Some sort of congenital heart condition.

He had some unique ideas!

Here is a link to his site but it doesn't give any info. According to another site he died at 1am Tuesday, March 28th. It was from heart problems.

Very sad indeed. Let us all live life to the fullest. My wife and kids don't understand why I come home from a ride with a smile. They often worry. But I assure them that other than them, nothing makes me happier. And if I happen to pass on my bike, I'll be smiling. Peace everyone. Ride tommorow if you can. Dave.

On Saturday, April 15th Performance Machine and Roland Sands Design will be hosting the Johnny Chop Memorial Party. Join us in celebrating the life of our beloved friend and bike builder.
