No spark condition, theoretical question

Default No spark condition, theoretical question

Regarding electronic ignition modules, is it possible that the timing could be so far out of range that no spark to a grounded spark plug would be seen?

I think not.

Which electronic ignition module are you using, Ultima, Crane, etc? Post a pic of the installation. Give more information please.

No, if that were the case, you'd still get spark but not when you needed it to ignite.
The pick-up, the wire, kill switch or the coil is bad.

I got it guys. Spent the afternoon in the shop and replaced the suspect Dyna S dual fire ignition module. I keep everything else the same. I've got a beautiful spark now. Appreciate the responses.
