I guess Ill be getting the larger, original style painted. It does make the front end look fuller but in the end they both suit the bike in different ways. This will be a fair-weather only bike; I do intend to show it occasionally, but its so much fun to ride! I got some re-pop dealer decals made too; hopefully period correct.
Usually I say stock, but your bike looks so much better with the short one. Especially for a mostly fair weather ride. The thin seat and rear fender need the small front fender for balance. The stock would be too heavy looking on your bike.
The sporty fender gets my vote but just paint both to match, they should be easy enough to change out when ever you feel like it even with the fork brace.
