just an up date to my previous thread. in view of the mounting evidence i produced some but not all insurance companies here in the uk do accept that my '73 sporty is a 1000 and not a 900. obviously i cant take any credit for changing the face of faceless corporates but it did get me insured and legal-a must in this country if you want to be hassle free.
so in short i'd just like to say a big thanx to piniongear and you other guys who replied and got me going in the right direction - cheers again i owe you a pint ( nice warm english beer what more could you want)
