If you live in Kalfornia, probably not possible. If you live anywhere else, most likely it can be done.
Rather than ask us idiots here on the forum, I suggest you pick up the telephone and call your DMV of the state you live in and ask them.
You will then know the hoops you will have to jump through to get a title and plates for your state.
Every state is different, and of course Kalifornia is the most different of all of them ...............pg

Yep this is true...do that project has any VIN on frame or engine ? I quess that it have otherwise you can't be sure about model or year... Other states DMV requires VIN on frame and others VIN on engine. Factory stamped VIN ?
Good changes are if you have same VIN on frame and engine and that combination isn't reported stolen.
