Side Mount Coil
I have a 76 with a relocated coil to the side where the top motor mount is. Wondering if anyone else here has the same thing and if so what plugs you bought for it and where you bought them from. If you buy plug wires for a normal 76 one wire is too short.

i have a 72 with dual coils mounted off the top engine mount. I built my own plug wires out of acell raceing wires. Dont know if you use the same plug but i use auto lights from advanced auto they can cross reference plugs to get one to fit much cheaper that harley. I use a 206 a little hoter plug cause of the big carb i am running and the long stroke i am running

I mounted my coil under my solo seat, relocating it from where it hung towards the front under the gas tank. The point is, one wire was too short also. Just go to the parts house and buy bulk wire (having real wire, not a carbon track inside), buy a couple of boots for both ends of each wire and make your own set of custom length wires to fit your bike with your set up............pg
