well been doing alot of reading, research, reading somemore, and shopping. oh cant forget many visits to the engine company with parts in hand. just got my bolt kit from them the other day. owe them more money cuz they got it from somewhere else. instead of 67 its now 120. ouch!!!!! what can you do tho. got more coming in friday. my kickstand. better than the 4x4 that im using to hold the bike up. just got done ordering parts on jireh. weeks of looking up parts, trying to get what i need to get on the road. so total so far is 170 throught the engine company and bout 470 through jireh. 640 total isnt tooo bad i guess. now i may have run into another problem. my front engine mount doesnt look right and i dont think it will work. im gonna have to dig up the pic. got computer problems again so ill have to put it in a seperate post. thanks for asking bout my progress also. lanky

Not sure but if the front mount is the same as mine there will be a bolt hole at the bottom of the triple tree, where the forks join the frame, and and you will use two bolts that hold the rocker cover to connect a v-shaped plate to the front rockercover and the bottom of the triple tree. Keep us posted, if you have more questions this is the place to ask, alot of knowlegable people around here. Oh yeah post some pic of the building process. This was mine about three weks into it.

Can't really see it that well, the front motor mount should consist of two plates one for each side, with four bolts, one shoter than the others, On the motor you should see two bolt holes that go through the main case, and on the front of the frame you should see two bolt holes, One plate goes on the left side and the other goes on the right, lined up with the holes on the frame and the motor. I will see if I have a pic of mine somewhere and post it for you, To give you a refrence. I will fotoshop it so you can seee it better.

This is the best pic I had with the mounts still attached. Hope it helps, Anything else feel free to pm me. I know how hard it is to build something when you have never done anything like it before. It took me from Oct 05 till the middle of March 06 To finish mine. So keep pluging away at it and use the Manual it really helps.

Opps I forgot to put in the pic. Here it is. the black plate will connect the motor to the frame, useing the four bolts, I have Highway peg on so it's hard to see the frame but you get the idea. Hope this helps

maybe this one will help. the one mount is on the outer and this photo shows the mount on the inside. too much of a gap to where it doesnt look as if its gonna work. the distance is greater then the distance on the motor itself. if this pic doesnt work ill have to take different ones

It almost looks as if the spacer isn't long enough. Is there a way you can get a pic looking at it from the front just behind the front tire? When I put mine in it looked similar to how that one looks, I had it on the wrong side of the engine mount. the plate should rest right up next to the frame. You might need a spacer at the motor also, to push it out farther.
