on a fully charged batt. i've been having startin problems lately.it barely cranks the starter before the solinoid starts to chatter
I do not know the answer to this. However, every comment i have seen about HD batteries, including my own experience, is that they are the best choice. I would just get another from the dealer.

Model: YIX28L 12v HVT-7 HD
Cold Cranking Amps (CCA): 380 A
The only good thing I have recieved from China.
Bike turns over great now.
what gets me is the test results:13.28 volts and only 97 cold crank amps just doest sound right.it got the volts but not the amps? 3 yr.old mait free batt.

That and some serious crow eating apologies from my motorcycle mentor who bench tested everything for me first...but failed to do a load test.
You did a load test. It failed. Time to get a new one.
