Well having owning a few of them in the day. Your all right about the year's. Harley back then didn't really change a lot on the sportster's. You could park a 61, 62, 63, even a 1964 together and they would all look the same. As for the pranted jugs!!! A lot of guy's would pant there jug's all black in the day. Why? Becouse a lot of biker were into chrome. Eather way your all right about the year's. In the day it was about MORE CCs and Chrome.
