Doesn't matter, its going to bring customers with EV's to charge thus making them shop in the store. It doesn't have to be regulated to just motorcycles.

EV drivers have money. They can have a coffee and relax in the dealership while waiting for their car to charge

If I were to pull up at a Harley Davidson dealer on my Harley Davidson Livewire needing a charge and there was some Tesla parked there plugged in and I had to wait, I'd be somewhat pissed.

Priority at a Harley Davidson dealer should be the guy with the Harley Davidson Livewire that had shelled out $30,000 to Harley Davidson.
