Engine performance. What matter?
There is TONS of potential yet to be uncovered in the M8 arena.
As of today, some things I have learned:
M8 is not easy to work on.
It takes longer to do the same type of job as we do on Twin Cams.
Just getting the rocker boxes of takes a while.
M8s only make 80 HP

There is MUCH more to make tho

Pipes help a lot
You need a good tuner. (box)
You need a good tuner. (person)
I have never seen a D&D and a TTS add so much power to anything. See above.
I love the flat torque curve.
11 second baggers are awesome!
Clutch lever action is cool, once you get past it.
You need a cam with some overlap in the design.
No S/E cams offer overlap.
A good pipe, aircleaner, tuner, cam and proper dyno tune can add 30 to 35 HP!!!
I can not sell parts and service here. This is not an ad. This is a public service announcement. Is that a service ad?

Most of them run 2 valve heads...there have been and will be many 4 valve heads running in T/F along the way.
and these SE cams are to smooth need some lump with the same power curve
