As far as I am concerned anyone who rides hours at a time at GPS 80 MPH has them or needs them or they dont ride interstates at 80 MPH for hours on end ... comfortably. )

Strange thing about fangs....on my SGS they completely eliminated buffeting. In fact the air was uncomfortably still in the summer. On the Ultra they dont make as much of a difference. They help, but not the night and day difference I saw on the SGS. Im guessing thats because the lowered create a different airflow. Might try the Baker deflectors.
I like them very much. But no one talks about the increased fuel consumption at speeds above 100-120 km / h with them. Anyway, I love them and stay with them. This is really the best $ 100 on my SGS.
Nearly perfect in combination with the Windshield Extension from MRA, mounted by clamps without drilling any holes and will installed or removed in less then 60 seconds. The Extension is adjustable, removes the buffeting by 90%, reduces noise and keeps your face clean from Moskitos etc.
