Hi, I've been though the forum looking for info on the full system and the threads that I have found are somewhat vague, the member posting either felt that it was to expensive and better could be had for less $$$ ok I get that, or they had just put it on and had no real time, so no real info to give on it.
I'm buying an '18 SG and I didn't like the sound of the demos I've ridden. My cousin put 11,000 miles on his '17 Ultra Limited and once he got a bad clutch switch replaced his and mostly his wife's only complaint is the heat.
Does this system make any power and how do feel it sounds? Can I run it with just a stage 1 or do I need to go with a stage 2. If stage 2 is needed I would most likely want a torque cam, going by the numbers in the Screamin Chicken book atleast, I spend more time down in the 3,000 rpm range than above.
I've been riding since 1972, I know I can do better than the MoCo for performance parts. But on this bike more than any other toy I've ever bought warranty is a real concern for me.
Buying at a small family owned one shop dealership that I've known for 50 years, they are too small to take any hits from HD if any warranty issues arise, so please no "a good dealer will cover for you" comments. They are good to me just small.
PS high flow what? Im assuming Air cleaner? Otherwise kinda vague in what your asking?
seemed to me he was talking exhaust
"looking for info on the full system" "felt that it was to expensive and better could be had for less $$$"
doubt he was talking about a/c....for $175 the SE Hi Flow a/c
anyway OP..I thought about it because it looks like a quality exhaust but for $1300 which includes Street Canons I couldn't justify it especially since me and others i know have had the baffles come loose and rattle..since warranty matters to you and if you have money to burn i'm sure they are an overall improvement over stock,,from what I've gathered they aren't going to be all that much different in sound over the oem pipes with Canons and with the cats in the muffs might relocate some heat a little further back
Yes, high flow exhaust. I guess that would help now wouldn't it, want an answer to a question you have to ask all of it. Next time I ask one I will try not to be so vague myself. Nope don't have money to burn, if I did I'd be shopping aftermarket and not concerned with their warranty.
Thank you for reading between the lines and giving me your opinion.
If I had it to do all over again. I would have bought my bike with a dealer installed stage II TQ cam, Ventilator and Canons with the near useless HD tuner. They didn't have the full system out when I bought my King. Today I would go ahead and get the complete system. And keep my warranty intact.

Darn Hindsight.
I'd say this is very good advice while it's still under warranty.
