Has anyone installed the Screaming Eagle High Flow Exhaust with Street Cannons with the cats in the mufflers? How do you like the sound and the performance? I just ordered a set for my 2018 Street Glide Special. On my previous bike which was a 2012 Street Glide, I installed V&H True Duals with Monster Ovals, tuned with PowerVision and I really liked the sound. Now I understand that the Screaming Eagle exhaust will not sound the same as the V&H, but I'm hoping it will be in the same ballpark.
I have not had them installed on my bike but I have heard them at idle as well as highway speeds. In my option they sound about the same as the Street Cannon slip ons. The have a low rumble at idle, a nice aggressive sound when running hard up through the gears and a smooth sound at highway speeds. I had the Street Cannon slip ons on my ‘17 CVO for 5,000 or so miles and overall I was happy. I had Monster Rounds on my 12 FLHTK and I think the Street Cannons sound deeper than the V&H mufflers but the V&H were louder at highway speeds. Good luck and enjoy the new exhaust.
I have the SE high flow exhaust and am not at all impressed with the sound. They're ok, but no better than other bikes with simple street cannon slip ons and stock head pipe. Cant say anything regarding power increase since I did the exhaust intake and torque cam at the same time. Stayed with all HD stuff for warranty...

Awesome man ,do you have a dyno print out as we could run that against same mods with different pipes.

glad I decided against it cuz I would have done the ATM with the WB 02's since it's tapped for it..would be a couple grand easy to have them install all that..at the time Steve Cole said I'd be better off getting a good dyno tune with just the slip-ons and AC using SEPST so got all that done for $1500 and it runs fantastic..i will say the SE high flow exhaust looks like a big improvement in quality tho, and not crazy about the OEM pancake crossover..just too much dough for what you get imo

Like you I wanted a dyno tune, which as we both know can be done with the sepst. Unfortunately, no dealer within 250 miles wanted to attempt to tune with the street tuner. One certified HD tech even said there's no point since he cant make any adjustments, and went on to say the stage 2 download work great and nothing more needs to be done. Figured there's no point trying to convince him, so I moved on.
One thing to note is the stage 2 file is for a stock headpipe and streat cannons. There is no seperate tune file for the high flow exhaust even though its in the options menu. After the stage 2, it took several 'smart tunes' to get it to run decent. The ATM made it run way way better; it was immediately noticeable. Plus, due to a points system at my dealer, I was able to purchase the ATM really cheap.
