More ridiculous justification, this device is developed for Superbike applications and it works on all of them. Are you telling me that only the Harley ECM has Devine intervention to detect that the pulse frequency has been slowed or speeded up.Theorys have to be based on Logic and testing not some dream about a maximum speed limiter set at exactly the maximum speed the bike is capable of. Why did you have to buy a CVO and spend $5000 more to get it to go faster if you could just have spent $80 on a device to bypass the so called speed limiter? Why didn't they just deactivate the Limiter? How much does it limit the actual speed? Why is this a secret?
If my bike is an exception and somehow the limiter was not activated in the factory why does it not go more than 105 Mph in standard form?
TTS tuner is much less then 5000 dollars, I do not even have 1500 in the Exhaust, tuner and Dyno tune on My 18 CVO Road Glide. I also did not spend that money to go faster. I spent that money to get a bike that has better throttle response. I spent that money so the bike would have more roll on power between 2500 and 3500 RPM. I spent it so it would accelerate faster.
I have only bought CVO sin 2009. Its about how the bike looks, and what it comes with and the trade value I can get after 2 years and 45K miles on it.
Yea, I do have a built 2013 CVO King. Loads of fun.
But your so smart you should open a shop. I am sure in a year or tow you would be the go to shop, and all these other shops would be hurting as you get their business.
The first chart in post 47 shows the results of a stock 107 in 6th gear on the dyno, note the RPM it kills the power at! That's not a rev limiter in action that is the speed limiter controlling it. The other dyno charts are again in 6th gear but after I removed the Speed Limiter.
Thanks for your efforts Steve. We do not have access to a Dyno around here but my friend does race cars.I will take the charts around to him and see what he says.

Funny you should mention it I do have a Shop but it is not my prime business and I am the only worker!
More of a passionate hobby but I have helped many people who wouldn't usually afford a Harley by rebuilding 6 a year, mainly from the USA. I do make a profit but I never charged anyone who needed a hand, one cent labor. That would spoil the passion.
I can choose who I help, that way without feeling guilty about turning away those who can afford to pay!I love Harley since I was 3 years olld, many moons ago but I have worked on classics ,adventure and Super Bikes.Hence the Speedohealer connection !
My Fat Bob 114 only does what those signs along the road say.
For many years now (poss 2010) all H-D touring bikes have been speed limited by the ECM. But with an occasional exception of the limit. The 2012 RGC CVO was limited at 126 while others were at 116. This is the first that I have heard of a number lower than 116. But it doesn't surprise me. In the past it did not include cruisers.
I believe the TTS Master tune can change it as did the now defunct SE race tune (only for off road you know).
Is your Fat Bob stock? Run it up to 120 or so and let us know if it's speed limited. Like you say, perhaps the cruisers/softails don't have the limiter, or have it set at different speeds...
