Whoever or wherever you heard or read this it only applies to the old, discontinued, no longer available, “Pro Super Tuner” NOT the now-available EPA approved “Pro Street Tuner”, which restricts virtually anything more than small changes to fueling and ignition timing.
Taking your bike in for reflashing will do nothing to increase the rev limit or speed limit for that matter. Sorry.
