Correct. But to be clear, aftermarket MUFFLERS. Stock head pipe, stock AC, NO tuning or tuning device whatsoever, so stock tune.
But the first time it happened the MoCo tech rep asked the dealer tech a lot of questions about it and I was worried I'd be hosed, but all good.

What did Harley do for me when my oil pump failed and the cylinders were found to be way over bored and out of spec? They took my warranty and washed their hands of my bike. Because of a FP3. Dealer rebuilt it on there dime. Still not right so I guess my life's mission now is to collect and buy parts so in the long run I can keep the vintage junk running. Just bought a stock top end take off from a gent that went stage IV. Will be buying the adjustable rockers in the near future, got with my dealer about those just today. Have the transmission slinger kit for transfer. Need to start collecting oil pumps so I can get a grasp of that failure. It's a journey owning a Harley that's for sure....
