Default Clutch Fluid Replacement

Took my bike to the dealer, for its 10k, and a few other items, Decided to flush the brakes, as I knew it was supposed to be done every two years and I was approaching that. It dawned on me and they never asked, now as I sit home, how often is the clutch fluid supposed to be done. I am not bringing this thing back in until its next 5k service.

mine goes in tomorrow for both..it's in your owners manual

"Flush brake and clutch systems and replace DOT 4 hydraulic brake and clutch fluids every two years or sooner if moisture content is 3% or greater"

I believe 20k, but the service intervals are in your owners manual

Referring to hydraulic operated clutch, my primary fluid was replaced at my 10k service, I didn't even think about the clutch. I was trying to cover everything needed at that two year mark and clutch fluid never crossed my mind.

I just checked the service intervals. It says to CHECK Dot 4 brake and clutch fluid for moisture every 5K service.

Clutch Dot4 is the same as brake - replace every 2 years.

THANKS, I didn't want to have to go back in, since I was just there. But called to bring it in tomorrow. Normally I would just say screw it and wait till my next service, but I don't want them to have any excuse to not cover something under warranty on this bike, so back it goes to keep it under 2 years.
