78hp to 104hp is a little short of 40. Just saying...
yeah, by 4. But you are correct however, I knew it was around 40 but like I said I cant find my dyno sheet right now and had to verify when the Indy emailed me a copy of it. So I apologize
when I had the exact same set up planned out at the dealership, except I was going to be using a woods 222 cam, the service writer told me it would raise it by 40 hp. So I guess that number just stuck in my head anyway.

OK....I did it. The estimate was $2,500...I came in a bit under $2400. Arlen ness Big Sucker, that fits under stock shell, PV flash tuner, S7S cam, (what the Indy recommended...I was originally wanting the Wood 222, but hey, the Indy knows more than I do),S&S MK 45s, (another Indy recommendation AND I got a pretty good deal on them), new S&S lifters, Dyno run/tune and all the incidentals...oil, gaskets, etc.
Pros: I gained 40 HP...comes on early and keeps going, there is no more rev limiter which is nice, it no longer shuts down at 107mph, It sounds GREAT...love the cadence of the motor now over stock, pulls very well and is a little more fun to ride now.
Con: I think I was expecting crazy high torque levels with this and I didn't get those. I'm not upset about it, just I think I was expecting something now that will come with more motor work in the future.
Overall, If you can afford it and those pros are worth the coin, go for it. I'm about as "research the hell outta it and only do it if its a great deal" kinda guy, cuz money is hard earned, but this was worth it to me.
I appreciate and thank you all for the responses with this.
HUGE props to Powerhouse Cycle and Dyno! Owner/Operator Joe knows his stuff and was very easy to talk to and work with.
