I heard that goes away with a cam job as does the rev limiter. What am I missing? (In NOT a wrench so forgive my ignorance)

ah, makes sense but doesn’t really show what that run wouldn’t have got hp wise... probably only a few more tho I spose, so charts for stock M8’s that go to 5500 are run in 5th?

It does, but the baseline is a run as stock. Look at your graph, it says stock tune.

Yeah, that’s a good assumption. When we were cam testing Steve did the stock cam in 5th & 6th.
