question about custom dynamics led

The custom dynamic led’s were one of the best investments I made. They’re crazy bright and easy to install. Another great product is their brake light flasher, gives some added peace of mind that others will hopefully see the flashing lights

Custom Dynamics have the cheapest ,worst wiring and plugs I have ever seen on all their products. I went through 3 different bag light plugs that are supposed to be quick disconnect
that were absolute garbage!!! I wrote a huge negative review on J&P cycles about it and they wouldn't post it.I will say that Custom Dynamics Customer service is great but lifetime warranty on lights only not wiring or plugs

I just switched from the dynamic rings to the pro beam style lights. Mainly because the led brake lights arent that great on the old style light. Its hard to tell the difference between the brake and tail light in the day light. I have the pro beam with the bezels, I highly reccomend them, easy to see even from far away, the tail light ring looks awesome and the brake light is so bright it hurts. Same with the front. Get the bezels though, they look way better with the bezels, almost factory.

Regarding the BAGZ, based on the claim information in our system, it appears replacement BAGZ and new JAE Quick Disconnects were sent on 4/25/18. With the new JAE Quick Disconnects, there shouldnt be any problem with the wiring/plugs at either saddle bag light. Are you having additional issues with the replacement units that were sent? We strive for superior customer service and want to ensure any issue you had is remedied.
While our Lifetime LED Warranty is specific to diode/LED failure, this isnt to say we wont work with customers who are having issues not specific to diode failure. We look forward to hearing from you and again, appreciate your feedback very much!
