Cool trouble code

I have a 2017 Tri Glide, M8 107, Stage 1 kit with Screaming Eagle slip-ons. Been having a continuing issue with it setting a ck engine light, code 152. Dealer informs me that it's a inherent problem, indicating a rear cylinder O2 sensor, lean condition. Probable cause; lugging. Though it came on under decel, 5th gear coasting down a steep grade, RPM @ 2500. Bike has @ 9K on it. Any suggestions, anyone?
Thanks, Dave

( your comment) indicating a rear cylinder O2 sensor, lean condition. Probable cause; lugging. ) This is what came to mind . I made a lot of assumptions that my not be true . first off being you dont care about your warranty (sub with se tuner )any flashing by other then there tuner will void your warranty ..
