Hello to all. I have been reading through the Stage lll and Sumping threads today and can say
I am a little scared. I have a 2018 SG 107 getting the Stage lll kit today. After reading it looks like
I am setting myself up for definite sumping issue. Seems a little strange, why would a Stage lll
kit insure Sumping, wouldn't a stock 107 Sump just as easily?
Make sure they install the new recommended oil pump cover at the very least. A few have stated that theyve had good results after sumping with this cover. The part number is 62400206. This cover is now recommend for stage 2-4 kits. Good luck and have fun with your stage three!

Thanks, just got off the phone to remind them to do this. Thanks to all.
Eh, I'd say it is average. But I've had a vmax and a turbo vrod so maybe I'm not good at judging this type of bike. Seems my '19 114 fat boy pulls better - but it is a couple hundred pounds less.

I had no trouble getting 3 stock 107s to sump, trust me.
So I am running a Stage lll CVO.. now not only is it a 117" Stage lll I have opted for a FM 2-1-2 header and a Wood WM8-222 cam. 8700 miles since the Stage lll and no signs of sumping. I thought for a brief moment it was but it turned out to be my paranoia from reading posts.. Temps and throttle response don't lie... this thing screams
