Some folks can find fault with anything...yes even which way the fuel door opens...;-)

It’s a Jim Nasi part, google Harley dash, there are several including Chinese knock offs, the cap a a stock Harley sportster cap

Until I figure out what, if anything, I want to do, I'll just use the left handed pump nozzles.

Gas cap oddity was probably the second thing I noticed on my brand new FLHTCU. The first thing was probably the turn signals, which are AFAIK completely unique to HD.

I like standardization of some things, like turn signals and kickstands, but that isn't happening, so I gotta stay on my toes.
