Default Serious workout for the inferno supercharged harley.

The TTS 'Inferno supercharged' Milwaukee eight had a good work out at the Straightliners event at East Kirkby. The cross winds was so bad that the officials limited it to one rider and 1/8 mile only. I did 19 laps in less than 3 hours, trying different type pressures and launch techniques. Bets run was 6.75/118 with a 1.70 sixty foot. which was pretty good considering the grit on the runway. Some runs I span the back wheel the full quarter mile. After 19 Drag starts the engine still purred the same and the clutch was still hanging in, giving no signs of distress. Harley have built a strong engine.

Looks like you've got a hobby, not a business. Have actually sold any of the M8 kits?

Just what I thought. Just couldn't get any power down off the line. At Santa Pod raceway where the track is permanent and prepped I've done 1.51 60'. Top end charge felt great though. To run 118 terminal on an 1/8 with such a slow start really shows the horsepower.

I enjoy racing. But I have to lean on the product to check its reliability and durability and that of the engine/transmission etc. I need to have as much knowledge as possible. I have 5 pre-production kits with customers and they are performing well. I am 90% through a 20 piece production run for which I have customers waiting.
