I bought a 2020 on the assumption/hope they are fixed (after having many many problems on a 17) and so far so good, but anyone who claims that its definitely fixed is full of it.

I think the issue has been fixed. If mine gets hot and chokes, I'll limp it down to the Indian dealer and trade it for a Challenger. Problem solved.
