blah blah blah same ol same ol...you just have this need to try and convince people you are smarter than the folks running the business and tell them what they need to do..the bold aren't opinions, those are statements of yours that cannot be substantiated
Not exactly.... I just have as much a right to share my opinion about Harley as you do. Feel free to disagree but suggesting others have no right to share their opinions unless they agree with you seems rather narrow-minded. You're welcome to YOUR opinions but you have no right to try and silence those you disagree with. I will continue to share my views regardless of those that disagree or think all is just peachy with HD's current path of products and financials.
Suggesting what ANY business "needs to do" is by definition an opinion, particularly when suggested by someone outside the company.
And your fanboy blah blah blah is the same 'ole blind support of a company that by any measure of financial performance "needs" a change in direction. Those declining financial "FACTS" that are based on current product offerings are indisputable.

regurgitating your same opinions ad nauseam is not useful or helpful..just annoys the Hell out of everyone..but like you've said over and over, you're committed for the long haul to continue to annoy the Hell out of everyone..that's all you do here, but just not smart enough to get it

Now it would appear you are the one trying to trying to make definitive statements without facts. Since when did you become all-knowing suggesting that my posts annoy "EVERYONE"?? Just because my views annoy you and few others that want to wear blinders, your opinion of my posts do not represent "EVERYONE".

if we were allowed to do a Poll on you it would be painfully obvious
below is your contribution (that goes off the rails once again) to this thread that is titled.....2020 m8 question....I would like to buy this ultra limited..Have the sumping and migration of trans oil been fixed?

And I'm afraid they have little chance of success with expensive ADV bikes against existing formidable and proven competitors.
HD will always be Touring and Cruising bike experts. They need to refocus on their market strength and set new standards for excellence in premium Touring and Cruising motorcycles while reducing their costs. Until they get back to innovating in their Touring and Cruising bike roots, they will continue to flounder financial. The 2019 full Year Financials will be released in mid January and I'm afraid they are going to be REALLY disappointing for anyone that is interested in seeing Harley Davidson succeed.

As always, you are welcome to your opinions but not the facts. Polls are meaningless as there are far more members of HDF that are silent readers that never post than there are members that post like you and I. Suggesting you somehow KNOW what others think is absurd. Instead of feeling the need to attack other's opinions, try sharing your own opinions instead of attacking the posters you disagree with. Far more valuable to everyone reading.
I would actually be very interested in your views on how the market will likely respond to the 2020 Touring bikes (the general theme of this thread) or the LiveWire or the Adv bikes. I'm very open to hearing different opinions on whether others think HD can turn the corner in terms of market acceptance and growing the business with the 2020 bikes. But just ignoring the current declines will change nothing. I personally want to see the company growing again so that we can all enjoy new innovations from a company that's adding new manufacturing plants instead of closing them and selling new models that are of interest to all of us.
