Dealer took RCX head pipe OFF, and had a stock one ready to go if the Harley rep came in. Many of these dealers have had enough of Harley pushing them around over the last 15 years. Now that the market is soft, those that have strong legs in the market have the courage to move in the direction of customer service instead of servicing HD
