no, they are not even close. even so far as the end caps that fit on the screamin eagle pipes will not fit the cvo mufflers. and as royp has mentioned, the header pipes are the same, they contain the catalytic converter in the collector area.
I've read some people say the M8 needs back pressure, sounds like you are describing a free flowing system that might cause performance issues.
I don't know just figure you might want to confirm or deny.
Quality aftermarket vendors are well aware of the needs of the engines and how the exhaust affects them. Many "free-flowing" exhaust systems provide the necessary amount of backpressure, even with the removal of the catalytic converter, through proper design of the mufflers.
I would like to hear from anyone that has first hand experience with this exhaust system if there is any significant reduction in felt engine heat. That would be the reason for me to switch to this system as well as keeping the exhaust volume low, and keeping my warranty intact.

man that is one expensive option as a solution to 'reduce' felt heat, talking ~$2000 if you have the dealer do the install and of course it would need to be tuned with the SEPST so more $$...does the heat bother you that much? I'd explore the options like mid frame deflectors and/or the cool flow fan..no epa Harley I've ever owned had heat bother me nearly enough to throw that kind of coin at the issue
Fullsac header with the 4.5 SE slip on mufflers work fine
As I mentioned earlier . If you ordered the FullSac header, then you ordered the 4.5 SE mufflers ( for a factory header which means no converter in the mufflers )
that combination will work great , no heat issues )
