I ordered one in February. Although it was back ordered, it only took two weeks. Probably just lucky timing. Wouldn't expect to see the same now with the Rona out there and all...

If the OP is just trying to get a feel for how long he's probably going to wait, all input would be acceptable say in the last 6 months or so. There have been a run on these for a good while now. I think I got lucky.
How long did you have to wait for your 8 Lobe?

I received mine on 2-18-20, I ordered from Surdyke, They said it was on backorder with no ship date. Ended up taking about a month.

I ordered mine 2 days ago from Surdyke. said it was in stock but to not expect it to go out in the ail until 4/7/20. Didn't let me know that until after I order. i hope its not on back order as I borrowed the cam tool via Mail from a generous forum member and want to get the cams in and tool back to him.
