Anyone having any trouble with the " send to bike" function using the HD app?? I'm thinking its just my phone is to damn old ... Samsung S6... It used to do it just fine but now doesn't even offer the option..
I just sent a route the other day and it worked fine. I had an issue with the app before where it kept wanting to send routes every time I plugged the phone in even though they were already saved in the radio. Try deleting the app and reloading it and see if that works, if not send a message to app support. They are pretty responsive when you report an issue.
And what does HD connect have to do with the OP issue, or are you guys just being informative?
HD Connect is what allows you to send routes to your GTS. Once it goes away in August you won't be able to unless I'm missing something.
H-D connect is the part of the app that send information about your bike to your phone. I have a 2019 so no H-D connect and I send routes and address to my bikes GPS all the the time.
I have tried to use the APP to send routes to the bike on a couple of occasions. The problem is the GPS only routes me to the first way-point and not the entire route that I created online and saved. Very frustrating. Also have the same issue everything I plug my iPhone into the bike it asks me to send the Route to the Bike, tried deleting the APP and reinstalling, both issues still exist. Guess I will be using Google Maps instead for my trip out west in August.

gotcha, wasn't aware there was another way to do it with the GTS.

Your problem is operator error when creating the route in the ride planner. Basically what your doing is creating a bunch of short routes instead of a long route. Once you are done creating a route you need to insure all the points in between the starting and destination points are WAYPOINTS and not LOCATIONS. The way you fix this is hover over the points and right click. A box will come up and and you can change a location to a way point.
Just to be clear... my bike is a 2019...
And I'm talking about the HD app on your smart phone. You can create rides and then " used to be able to send to bike via blue tooth"
