I had the H-D stage 2 TQ cam in a ‘17 and an ‘18 both with the auto tuner and the S&S El Dorado exhaust. Both bikes ran fantastic.
As for a 2 in 1 consider the S&S Sidewinder. It has 18mm O2 bungs and can be purchased with or without a high-flow cat in the muffler.

I appreciate the feedback. That was also the exact exhaust I was eyeing.
when you added the auto tuner, did you notice more response? Performance at all?
I no longer have the dyno sheet but I had the dealer do a baseline run with the stage 2TQ cam, canned tuned and slip-one. After adding the El Dorado exhaust and the SE Auto Tuner I picked up about 5hp and 7tq.
I know the person that has my 18 RGS. I talked to him a couple of months ago and he said the bike is the smoothest running H-D hes ever had.
I had 2 wide band o2's go bad over the 2 years that I had it..........and was told by Steve C that Harley was having issues with them at the time (search posts)......it was recommended by the dealer when I went stage 3 because of aftermarket pipes. They ( moco ) do not have a "tune" unless it is all OEM. did seem to help.Good luck!
I have it with the H-D stage 2 torque cam and rinehart header.
I added it after the initial install with the sepst. It runs smoother through the powerband than before.
I bought the Smart Tune with the SEPST, so I can tell the OP I noticed nothing significant, and find it hard to believe it would add 5 HP. When I went to the PowerVision, I had Jamie at FuelMoto give me a map to include the wide band Smart Tune sensors and module since I did not have the OE sensors any longer.
I plan to remove the inserts from my mufflers and run an AutoTune session to see if it "better" at tuning than with the narrow band sensors.

now this is interesting. How does that work? i didnt think you could run the 2 together.
