Default Mainshaft transmission oil deflector

Does anyone have a picture of this item, 36300026? I've searched my service manual and can't find it listed. I don't know whether it was deleted prior to print or what. Before I take my bike to the dealer for the transfer problem, I want to be somewhat educated on the sequence outlined in the service bulletin. I'm dreading dealing with those people. 50 years of riding, I've never had to take a bike back for warrantee work. Guess I've been lucky. Thanks for your help.

The deflector was an early attempt at curing the issue, but it did not work.

When the real fix is installed (the vent on the inner primary cover), the service bulletin tells them to removing the deflector, but I think many service departments omit this step because they think it doesn`t matter. Tell the service writer you want the removed oil deflector.

I had the transfer problem on my `19 Electra Glide standard, bought the bike last october, problem showed up right away.

My dealer made the process very easy (Savannah HD), but they didn`t remove the deflector in my transmission (it made no difference in my transmission, the vent cured the problem).

The service department didn`t remove the deflector, but the vent on the primary fixed the transfer issue.

I discovered the deflector was still installed, and removed it when I installed the Muller Hydro clutch cylinder, here`s a pic of the deflector I removed:

Your 2019 has the deflector. Just make sure they remove it when installing the vent.

Matching your picture to the service manual, that is behind the Secondary Clutch Actuator. Cool. It's strange the service manual makes no mention of it. Thanks for the info.
