Just pulled the bullet and ordered the the Thundermax from Fuel Moto. After my 2017 FLHRU Stage 4 sumped this summer and the bike had to be rebuilt from the Crank up (except Heads) with new 2020 parts, I decided to get the Thundermax tuner and take my chances on the rebuild holding together for the next 15yrs or until I kick the bucket. Can't wait for the unit to arrive and do the install, now I have to wait for winter to be over up here in Nova Scotia to get the bike out.
What can I expect with regards to improvements in performance on my Stage 4 and how much should I expect the heat to diminish on the engine.
Best price I've seen on this unit was from Fuel Moto and knowing that they will put a pretty good map in the ECU, I had to jump with the Thanksgiving discounts.
