Default Syn 3 Sticker

I know this sticker comes on all CVO’s but has anyone seen this sticker on a non-CVO bike?

I could be mistaken, but Syn3 only comes with a new CVO, so you wouldn't see it on a non CVO bike. Struggling to understand why it matters, but whatevah...

I didn't know Harley had a denim paint that looked so authentic. Billiard BlueJeans?

That’s what I thought but my 2020 Patriot Theme Road Glide Special, 114 came with it the primary.

Some of the M8 cruisers had it from the get go , can't remember which ones, they were 114's I think.

I just found it odd that mine had it on when it was delivered. Never seen one on anything other than a CVO.

Just the primary? Is that sticker from your bike?

If so, how do you know it only came in the primary?

Harley switched back to Formual + non detergent gear oil in the unfiltered transmission and primary on the non CVO bikes. years back. My guess is it was a warranty issue over the little it was costing for the SYN 3. I personally just from an engineer standpoint not use a high detergent oil in a non filtered application.

It will work but it's a second choice.

Harley placed the sticker on my non CVO 2020 Patriot themed 114 Road Glide Special. I rode the bike home and immediately dropped all three fluids and refilled with regular Harley oils.

Bike just had its 1,000 service, engine did not use any oil during the initial 1,000, transmission shifted better with the the standards formula plus.

Thanks everyone for the responses. I guess there was an extra Syn 3 sticker at the engine plant and someone slapped it on my engine after assembly!

I've seen the sticker but it wasn't on my current 2021 RGS. For conversation.

I can't remember if it was on my 2018 Road King when I bought that.
