I had the RS468 in a 114 with a shitty SEPST EPA tune for the 117, and had none of the issues you mention. Dyno sheets make it look worse than it actually is.
No worries, thanks for responding and congrats again. I'm very close to doing the 119 kit on my Sport Glide, but have just been a little unsure whether to stick with all HD stuff or go the aftermarket route. I haven't seen a ton of info on the 119 kit from people who have actually installed it, so this thread is helpful. From the info and opinions I did see on this kit, I'm thinking this will be more than enough for me on my bike. I know I can get more power/speed with other options, but this kit seems like the best cost/value ratio compared to other options. Thanks again for the review and be sure to post a follow up once you get it broken in and can really get on it!
can you do the 119 kit on a 114, i have the 114 w D n D 2 into 1 with a redshift 472 cam and it feels nice, figured a little bigger engine may just give it that little bit more.

I have no idea what doing the 119 kit to the 114 would do but if anyone here is running a 107 with a stage 1 and you're on the fence, then jump. I finished my break in miles today and got a chance to get into the motor really for the first time. Taking it to redline in the first 4 gears gave me so much more speed and quickness that frankly I'll never use. Also, at a gps indicated 75, it rolled to 90 without blinking an eye or downshifting. I was having second thoughts about spending this much money but I think I'm going to be happy with the decision to do so. I take it in for a dyno test and the 10k service tomorrow. Who knows what the final numbers will be but I will update here with them. Regardless this bike surely outperforms what I brought in for the work the other day.
OK folks, the dealer called a while ago to let me know the bike was ready. After telling me what I owed for the 10k service, he asked if I wanted the numbers or if I wanted to wait for the printout. Typical me I chose not to wait. He quoted me an even 100hp and 126tq after my 119 kit and the Stage 1 that I already had on the bike. For reference I'm running a SE breather with my stock cover, and 4.5 Khrome Werks.
Total cost for the kit and labor and dyne was around $3400 or thereabouts and while I've never done motor work to any bike I've ever had other than mufflers and such I'm pretty sure I'm ruined for stock Harleys from here on out.
I'm happy with the numbers. Tons of torque and even though I was expecting maybe 5 more hp, for my riding style (old man) I'm pretty sure I have more power on tap than I'll ever use.
