They are just slip on muffs. Here you go!

The 119 kit included a new header.

Very interesting. That looks pretty close to the graphs HD publishes for the 107/114 stage 3 kits, but your peak torque is higher than what they publish and your HP a bit lower. I was assuming the 119 kit would be higher all around, but I guess the 5 cubic inches from 114 to 119 doesn't make a big difference given all of the other variables in a tune. Either way, that is a very good outcome, and I can't wait to put the 119 kit on my bike. Thanks for posting this!

@jak79 the power is exactly where I want it to be. A small flat spot on the Tq curve likely could be fixed with an aftermarket tuner and a dyno guy who was past puberty but I'm kind of fond of my warranty. 100 hp is pretty serious for a real touring bike and these numbers I'm thinking are pretty close to what a typical Gold Wing would produce and by the way I passed three of those on the highway yesterday. LOL. When I researched between this and the 128 it seemed to have the same Tq numbers and I felt the higher Hp numbers would only affect performance at the upper end of the rpm range where I seldom if ever spend any time. Considering the 128 kit costs twice as much I was happy going with the 119. I mean you get more with the 128 but not where I was looking to improve "my" ride. It's fast but if I was looking for a fast bike I'd be at a different dealership. LOL!

When you pull the trigger on your kit, please come back to this thread and post your opinions. I'd love to hear what you think after the deed is done.

Hi, do you remember if that cost included replacing the oil pump and any other recommended components not included in the SE kit?

I'm being quoted about $4400 for the overall cost at our local dealership here (Huntsville, AL). I wonder if it's because we're right in the middle of riding season (for most folks). I may just wait until the winter to see if there are any discounts on parts or labor.

I also looked into the Fuel Moto and S&S 124" kits, but once you factor in the cost of the cam upgrade (only for the S&S kit...FM's kit includes a cam upgrade), the price isn't much different than a 119" SE kit ($1800 from HD mothership and $1530 from Big Sky HD), but of course there's a 5" bump with S&S or Fuel Moto over the SE kit.

They did not replace the oil pump to the best of my knowledge. I picked up all the old parts and no pump was included. If it matters, my bike is a '20 model and I think they upgraded the oil pump for this model year or the year before.

Hope this helps. If you get it done, be sure to come back and post your impressions. Other than some additional heat I'm really liking the upgrade. Torque where I need it and lots of power.

If you wanna get rid of the "107" on the intake, this one is nice and generic.

2021 Ultra Limited 114cc, I did a SE Stage 3 122 kit with power cam, added SE lifters, SE clutch, 1275 springs, Black push rod covers, $4200. parts and labor. Stayed with the current HD oil pump.
That does not include the cost of SE air filter, SE tuner or Slip-ons. Made the bike faster but I prefer more.

Just bought an SE131 Kit and adding Fullsac header, aftermarket cam kit to the SE 131 kit
Anyone interested I'll have a SE 122 kit including SE clutch, 1275 springs, SE 55mm intake for sale $1100. you pay shipping. Only 1200 miles when available first week of October Bike purrs
